Fall in Love with Dance

“Ballroom 101” is designed for the emerging dancer with little to no experience.

Your child will learn how to dance in a Partnership (Leader & Follower), as well as to Recognize, Count and Dance Independently the basic foot patterns of the following dances:

Ballroom: Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot

Latin: Cha-Cha, Rumba, Swing/Jive.

The class starts with a rigorous 15-minute warm-up on Ballroom Music, proceeds with teaching the new pattern of the day, followed by practice with a partner and ending with a warm-down.

TRIAL CLASS - $20.00

SIBLING DISCOUNT - 10%

Dance couples are not gender specific, rather, they are comprised of a “Leader” and a “Follower” in an interchangeable way.

This class is semester based and culminates in a performance (participation is voluntary).
